Delete your account

You can delete your Mizi account and all the data linked to it at any time.

In the app

Open the app and go to Profile.
Tap Delete account (or Delete my data if you use it without an account).
Confirm with your password, or by signing in again with Apple or Google.

Without the app

Write to contato@lunariscode.com from the account email asking for deletion. We delete the account and its data within 15 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

The account (name, email and sign-in method).
All progress: words, reviews, lessons, mock exams, streak, XP and history.
The feedback you sent.

What is kept

Nothing linked to you. Crash reports and usage metrics carry no name or email; Firebase deletes the metrics after 14 months.
